It all started when I became a sanitation worker back in 2020. I was definitely not cis passing nor straight passing, working beside men who weren’t used to someone like me. A few people grew to like me once they saw I could shovel quicker, throw farther, and smash stuff better than anyone. I fell in love with the world again. Colors took new pigments in the decay, mold, rust, and blood. My supervisor would yell at me for taking pictures of everything I had to throw away, it was just hard to say goodbye at times.

Hello all, thank you for meeting me here. This website has been in existence for over a year now and fear has stopped me from sharing it with you all. Art is so beautiful and personal so it can be hard to show others at times. I’m excited to grow from critics and create a community with fellow upcycling creatives.
